The Double Life Dewatering trailer System is a self contained steel dual axle trailer designed to aid solids control companies in the addition of polymers for best solids removal at the rig site.
The trailer is equipped to balance the Ph of the drilling fluid by the addition of acid throughsupplied variable flow chemical metering pump.
The addition of polymers is accomplished through one of two variable speed progressive cavity polymer pumps. These pumps are designed to operate from either of the two polymer mix tanks. Polymer mix tanks are equipped with hoppers for dry powder addition and mechanical agitators for accelerated mixing rates.
The trailers are wired for 110/1/60 electrical. The trailers have lights, work satiation, air-conditioner / heater and wired with a 480/3/60 step down transformer to utilize the rig electrical.
